The Well is not a retail store. We are an independent, donation-supported, not-for-profit women’s ministry and organization offering Bible studies, conferences, and trainings.
Returns are on an exchange only basis within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned item(s) can be exchanged for a different size of the same item(s) if that size is still in stock or for a different item(s) of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for any outstanding balance owed in exchange for an item(s) of higher value than the returned item(s).
You can choose to return an item(s) purchased without exchange within 14 days from the purchase date. The amount of purchase will become a charitable contribution. All charitable contributions to The Well over $100 in a single calendar year will receive an end of year statement for tax purposes.
